Keep on QWOPin'

In a recently completed game http://drawception.com/viewgame/8jMFDw3Ess/australian-possum-american-possum/ I had the awkward-looking gait I drew interpreted as QWOPing. Like every other pretentious, iconoclastic malcontent my age, I was a huge fan of R. Crumb and unconsciously adopted some of his style. I've found that over the years, whenever I need to draw a cartoon walking, I end up unconsciously using the R. Crumb walk. http://images.fanpop.com/images/image_uploads/Keep-On-Truckin--the-70s-482814_713_348.jpg

I've used this gait a few other times on Drawception, and it's got me wondering how many people would recognize this gait as being Crumbish? Does anyone else unintentionally use the awkward-looking Crumb walk?

Oh yeah, I recognize it. It pops up all over the place. I don't think I would have made the connection when looking at your example drawing, as it's not nearly as exaggerated, but I definitely wouldn't have called it a QWOP.

This sure wasn't intentional, anyway. http://drawception.com/viewgame/GEBO2qysBf/pimpwalk/ Then again, maybe it's not really the Crumb walk.
