Unlisted Dustcatchers

My "Games in Progress" number keeps dropping without any game completing, so I'm assuming that some of my captions are getting thrown out as dustcatchers, but they're not getting listed as dustcatchers. This could be because I already have five captions listed as dustcatchers.

I'd also like to reiterate how badly the dustcatcher system needs to be fixed. Those captions were only a couple of hours old. It's gotten to the point where my games in progress bars seem as likely to move backward as they are to move forward.
