Dustcatcher issue?

So one of my created games got dust-catcher-ed. its like in the dust catcher bin but it was an opening panel and i still have 3 games at 1 panel.

I dont "think" I've made any new panels since then so i am assuming this is a bug. if this is in some way user error i apologize..

Also is it possible to make it so when you hover over your current games to get the title of the game? at that point you have submitted your one allotted panel so i don't see how a name would hurt anything.

that way i know what games are about to finish.
