Panel replaced with ad

I noticed in this game the second panel showed up for a couple of seconds and then was replaced with an ad...

Not had that specific issue, but sometimes panels just seem to grab the wrong image, sometimes of another panel, sometimes the thumb up icon... Using my phone it sometimes grabs the wrong image for the background of the site too.

Hasn't happened to me yet. What browser and/or platform are you using to view the site? That sounds really odd.

Download the AdBlock Firefox add-on from Mozilla. It works great.

nevermind, I found out what the cause was, apparently I accidentally downloaded some "Yontoo" thing with "Banner Gadgets" enabled

but this was the problem I was experiencing -_-
