Does this line-skipping happen to anyone else? - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/217/pngot.png/
I used to draw on Chrome all the time before this started happening, then it cleared up, then it started happening again. I'm not having problems with any other browsers, which makes me think it's not my computer doing this.
Doesn't happen to me. I'm using Chrome. Is this a recent development? I haven't been drawing much lately, mostly captions. Lemme check out the sandbox. brb.
Not having that problem. Are you using a mouse or tablet? Or both?
I'd prefer to use Firefox and not Chrome (GOOGLE!), but I cannot get Drawception to work.
I use Chrome and don't have that problem
I'm using a mouse like I've always done. I don't know why it's happening, I just didn't think it was actually my fault and wondered if anyone else was having trouble.
Like you Crackson, I use Chrome and DC worked fine, then about a month in, the lines started skipping, I thought it might be my wireless mouse, but when using a wired mouse it still did it. Then it cleared up, and touch wood I haven't had this problem since.
I usually draw using a wireless mouse on my Windows 7 PC. Occasionally, I'll draw on my Mac. When I started doing this, I just used the same Logitech mouse (wireless mouse with a USB wireless receiver). I didn't have the same issues that Crackson was having, but the mouse was so jittery it was pretty much impossible for me to draw. I switched to a Bluetooth mouse on my Mac, and all of my problems went away.
I use Chrome on both my Windows and Mac computers, btw.
Maybe like Shaun of the Dead described, it was a fluke problem that corrected itself and I have just attributed the "fix" to my mouse switch.
The same thing happened to me, Shaun. It must've been fixed in an update, but a week or two later, it came back. I haven't been able to use chrome since, which is a pity because the lines stay a lot smoother with it.
This isn't going to be looked into, is it?
Don't be silly, of course not. This is just so we can find someone else who has the problem and get the self-gratification that we're not the only ones.
