Is it just me or has the line smoothing been removed recently?
I seem to remember it being smoother than this.
Using Chrome.
I keep thinking this, but the conclusion we reached last time was Reed stating it was just our own imaginations. I dun trust 'im though.
I was one of the ones who said it was in everyone's imaginations last time, but something feels odd this time around ;)
I wondered about that a few days ago on this panel http://drawception.com/pub/panels/2012/8-8/qDaHm3yXkt-14.png (Firefox) but concluded it was a combination of my imagination and being very zoomed in.
It annoys me how when zoomed out and sketching fast, the lines appear incredibly smooth and thin, whereas when zoomed in and doing intricate circles, or slow lines the line comes out fat and pixelated. Makes me wonder whether using a tablet for the slower actions would work out a lot nicer. I think I'm past my 'dedicated drawception' phase to go out and buy one now though.
No, using a tablet doesn't make any difference to that.
Nothing has changed with it, so it'd either have to be due to a Chrome update or another perception thing... ;)
I don't know, I'm seeing something wrong too. Recently my lines have been getting rougher and it makes it too annoying to draw. Compare some of my recent things to how smooth this is, which was done in the sandbox -

I thought maybe this was because I switched nibs on my stylus pen. But Yes, I've noticed it too.
I'm also on Chrome.
