Not Leveling Up

I had 24 xp, and then someone else liked my panel. I refreshed the page to see if I'd level up and I didn't. Anyone know what to do?

Never mind, leveled up now, turns out I just had to be patient.

Seems to me a bit of latency (or maybe a bug?) in the transitions? I noticed last night that I actually, for a few minutes at least, was one point over what it said was needed for the next level... as long as it happens eventually, though, I don't suppose it's an emergency issue. (I should have done a screencap at the time, but I was already past my bedtime).
