Thanks to the wonderful new Points sorting feature, I've discovered quite a few of my panels have had very surprising amounts of upvotes despite never having been part of a top game.

This picture has gained me over 50 points, which I'm quite proud of as it's the first 'proper' picture I drew on this site.
So, what are your highest non-top game panels?
That is a damn nice metroid
Boner nuns :-) http://drawception.com/viewgame/xc8fYwNxd9/scrabble-spells-trouble/
Second place is this one, http://drawception.com/viewgame/w3QWjc2FwC/and-that-kids-is-how-i-met-your-mother/, which I always liked. I never understood where the points were coming from, since it wasn't linked anywhere else that I could find, but they started in a normal single digit range and just accumulated.
Your boner nuns was a top game for a short while, I remember seeing it there and upvoting ;)
This would be my second-placed one:

Ah, cool. I must have missed the top game - that was one of my first drawings, so I was still figuring out the site.
I've always loved the stick men :-)
I'm not that good an artist, so not surprisingly my top-rated drawing was something simple. Still not sure why it resonated with so many. Onomatopoeia. http://drawception.com/viewgame/sFyTD9HeGn/you-have-10-minutes-draw-something/
I have quite a few panels between 8-10 points though, that I'm actually proud of.
As far as I'm aware, my very top panel, Sherlock is Puzzled was never a top game. I'm looking at the points on all the panels in it again though, and it must have been? I'm not certain. http://drawception.com/viewgame/NdyzeECa3F/taking-a-wok/ 172 points for that baby.
Next closest is bear holding a lollipop balloon. http://drawception.com/viewgame/WLYrQecdhQ/dramatic-chipmunk/
I had to look for mine, since most of the top panels were in top games.
This one seems to be in a non-top game. http://drawception.com/viewgame/8SzdT6kBBj/i-can-feel-it-comin-in-the-air-tonight/
Umm. Well I guess now the bear holding a lollipop is on the front page.
That then makes Sleepover Faceplant the next one. http://drawception.com/viewgame/fpGrb74rTp/the-mayor-of-shartsville/
That would be my drawing of 24 (The show with Jack Bauer), which ironically has 24 points.

You might recognise this one despite it never making a top game:

A slightly more legitimate one would be:
http://drawception.com/viewgame/OZyGyHLtLZ/dna-double-helix/
None of my best drawings ever make top games anyway :)
http://drawception.com/viewgame/Cz6COfKr2b/two-rats-eating-a-string-of-pasta/ Not sure if this was a top game or not.
If it was, this one has the most points: http://drawception.com/viewgame/Ltg2SjRmX9/fire-to-the-rain/
@taekwondogirl
Both of those will have been top games due to the sheer number of favourites
Basic rule is that if it has 6 or more favourites, it will have almost certainly been a top game at some point.
Ackter, the only problem with that is you're looking at it at least a month after it started. It definitely didn't get enough favorites at the time. I remember being confused as to where where all the points coming from at the time, because it didn't make the top (the Sherlock one).
I've since linked it a bunch in various places, so I think a lot of the favorites are after the fact.
so...the key to points is to link?
I just had an a-ha moment ;p
Well I got about 160 of those points before linking. It didn't occur to me to link it until it became so popular. I don't remember the game getting favorited that much initially either, though who knows how much I'm remembering properly. :p
