Follow-up on dustcatchers

I am okay with dustcatchers, somewhat. It may need some work to make it perfect.

This suggestions is about allowing us to still follow the game once our panel is removed. We could then see what description replaced ours and how the game turned out.

This would be nice, maybe an opt-in feature so if you don't want that notification, you can turn it off.

I'd actually love this. Even though it's really annoying when your panel gets dumped and the exact same thing gets accepted and makes a top game...

I have a question about dustcatchers, If there are three panels currently on a game and the 3rd one gets dust binned then is the 2nd panel in danger of being dust binned as well?

dustbins are only for descriptions far as i know.
