Reporting panels

To keep the game fun for everyone (even us immature folks here), how about a little checkbox at the bottom of every drawing panel that you can "select if this panel is NSFW." It would automatically hide the panel with [NSFW] text written over it, and users would have to click it to view it.

Also a little link next to the "select if this panel is NSFW" that would clarify the official rules of what's to be considered NSFW and what just isn't okay at all. Then flagging could be used less (and potentially, later on we could have an actual human review flags instead?)
