Oh, it's true, Halloween is approaching! Neat pumpkin, NekoLulu!
Still can't embed a link in an image. Or draw, but who cares? :) I had a go.
It looks better in playback!
Can I do the helpy bits?
so I would do it like this
Hey Grom PE, do you have plans to add the playback function to the panels drawn in DC games? It would be cool. Or is it there somewhere already, I can't find it?
Yep, that's the plan! It's not done yet. Before employing it for the whole site need to ensure the playback format is bugless. I must say with help of all people in this thread it's getting close.
It will be optional though, right? I'd prefer to keep the interface as close to the vanilla thing as possible.
You'll be able to choose whether to use new canvas or not. Recording will be saved only in the first case.
Heh, that's a funny photo of a barbie covered in bl----
\> Here's one of my oil paintings
Mendoza is awesome.
I will now have perpetual nightmares.
Thanks John_Why, I was very entertained watching that! Makes me want to start a draw first with the lady's head and the wookie head on top.
Haha, it would be interesting to see how it turned out. If Cookie Monster somehow appears by the end, my painstaking tutorial research will have been validated. Glad you enjoyed it.
Suggestion: add a second slider (or extra buttons) for changing the playback speed.
If you want inspiration, look at this random gfycat. The UI is not the best, but it has features to change the playback speed and even to play it back in reverse.
I don't want to overcomplicate the interface. The knob is draggable if you want custom speed...
Old VHS recorders had speed control, some even allowed for playing backwards. Even YouTube nowadays have speed control.
Even though I can drag the knob, it leads to a non-uniform play. With a fast-forward feature, the playing can look like time-lapse video. The play will also have a higher and smoother framerate than me dragging the knob. Still, that's just a feature for the wishlist. No need to worry about it now. :)
