Color of the year 2017

Lex, did you click the link? Last year's colors were only two and we came up with one based on Pantone's color themes they provided.
I personally love the following:

I am beyond excited about this color.
I think it would be cool to go with the Moody Blooms because the color is so vivid and those colors seem incredibly fun.

Also +1 for Transitions.
The only problem I see with Transitions is the fact that multiple colors are shared with our current COTY
Heartshine, I wouldn't see this as a problem since COTY 2016 would probably not be available at the same time.
My suggestion would be to remove COTY 2016 from the stores and replace it with COTY 2017. You would still have it in roulette games but it would be exclusive to the year it was for. I do think it would be cool then to have a day where we celebrate by having all palettes available in the store for 24–48 hours. (I think drawception's birthday would be a good day to do this) so people could still snag the old COTY if they wanted to (and maybe an out of season palette).
This would encourage palette buying and also celebrate different years as they come and go.
This is going to be a tricky one to choose a palette for! I like all 5 of those palettes, heh. Might have to do a vote...
@Thorsini, that's a fun idea. Could be Drawception's bday or maybe the first or last day of every year.
@heartshine that's why I picked transitions. Just on the off chance that the 2016 COTY goes away.
Also +1 fathomless, though i really hope for a darker gray, like an almost-black!

I don't know why, but Fathomless screams 2017 to me. I guess it has some really nice blues. I do like Transitions but I'd like to steer away from the 2016 colours.
I like both analogous and fathomless :) those palettes look like fun to use
I am all about those moody blooms for a nice autumn palette, though I suppose it's pretty close to the default.
Fathomless got in I wonder if the people at Pantone know we are using these colors
