They are two fictional characters from a musical called "Be More Chill". In the musical, they are best friends who normally hang out together, until Jeremy (the one in the center of the drawing) takes this pill that contains a computer inside of it. This little computer takes on a human form and tell Jeremy ways to be popular, cool, and chill (hence the name of the musical). In this process, though, Jeremy starts to stray away from Michael, to the point where he completely blocks him from his view (thanks to the computer, called the Squip).
