Stay strong my friends. Memes! Will not! Divide! Us!
I care after the stars and planets, so that makes me a cosmomancer.

I guess nobody wants to stop the oncoming meme war... Shoot... How am I going to get my old form back?

Oh no, it seems I arrived too late. The memes are already so potent.

I added the tl;dr after starfast wrote that. It's a good idea: it will be useful for recruitment to give people the gist of my message right away!
Hello, citizens of this peculiar realm you call Drawception!
If you are TheChronomancer, I suggest you turn away, or we risk creating discontinuities in the space-time continuum.
I would introduce myself with my name, but you would probably not be able to pronounce it. Instead, you may call me The Cosmomancer. That's most likely the closest translation you can speak. Now, you may be wondering why I am writing this message. Perhaps the best way to begin my explanation is with some background.
I am not from this world you call Drawception, nor this world I have seen referenced called Earth. I am a cosmic being from... Well the closest name in your tongue would be Blue Prism, though it sounds much more dignified in my tongue. I care for the stars and planets in my world, ensuring that they stay healthy and that they never lose their luster. For me, caring after stars and planets is not unlike how caring after a tree may be in your world.
Every 10,000 years, I must slumber to regain my strength. Since cosmic beings cannot slumber, I must transfer my essence into the most mystical object nearby. Usually, this would be a Black Hole or a Neutron Star, but recently, something very peculiar happened. As I was preparing to slumber, I felt a ripple in the cosmos like I had not felt in millennia. Something very unexpected happened. Space itself split open. The finely woven threads that fight to hold together reality, for just a moment, were pulled apart, and out of the gap in reality came a frightening skeletal figure. I had never seen such a creature before, but I was not concerned. Powerful creatures come and go, and I could not control this. I had to slumber. Except when I began to doze, I found myself drifting not to a Black Hole, nor a Neutron Star, but to this creature. As I began to sleep, I noticed something was horribly wrong. Part of me refused to sleep. Caught in a limbo between slumber and wake, I began to panic. That panic sunk even deeper as I felt myself being drawn back into the gap.
I could not fight back. At first, I could not understand why. But then I noticed the problem. This new form I had inhabited... This was not of my world. As I pondered what was going on with this new form, I noticed another presence that wasn't me. It... He introduced himself as TheChronomancer. He told me of his life, how he lived many a good year in a world known as Drawception. How he began to develop powers over time. How his long-time rival, TheSpatiomancer, became his best friend. As we wandered in the limbo outside of worlds, I felt that I knew this fellow deeply.
When I asked what he was doing in my world, though, he saddened. It seems that as with all things, Drawception eventually fell upon dark times. He told me of the Great Meme War, the genetic engineering that went into creating the ultimate weaponized meme, and the devastation it brought upon his world. Simply retelling that caused him to shrink away for a while. Dejected, unable to carry on in a broken world, he decided he would try to reverse the clock, to set things straight. He quickly found, however, that he was not powerful enough for such a task, so he turned to his friend TheSpatiomancer for assistance. They attempted to pool their powers together to turn back time, but something went wrong. Instead, they opened up a tear in time, and in fell TheChronomancer.
That, then, is how he came upon me. It was a sad story, but one that I felt I could remedy, so I offered to lend him what remained of my power to bring him back to his past to fix the mistakes that had been made. Since we arrived here, I have been recharging my power while laying down the groundwork to end the Great Meme War, but now, to finish the groundwork, I must defeat the Chronomancer from this time in battle. Only then can I shed this skeletal form and redeem Drawception from its awful future!
I have chosen to return to this time because I noticed the great abundance of 'Mancers to be found. If we all band together, I'm sure we can defeat TheChronomancer, prevent the Great Meme War, and bring harmony to this world of Drawception!
If you, the people of Drawception, will fight alongside me, I will be eternally grateful.
The Cosmomancer
tl;dr Trying to stop the Great Meme War. Need to defeat TheChronomancer in a battle to do so. I'd appreciate your help.
sigh I didn't ask for this...

It's no use, Gyro. They won't see reason. We're doomed.
